that article was kind of informative but i found an article on go articles  called 6tips: how to get rid of hickeys that was pretty good

Basically, I've already seen these few tips on four other pages. The thing that works best for me is applying a thin layer of tooth paste on the hickey and leave it there for an hour. It fades quickly. Just make sure to wash it off.
